Design and build trim fixture for blow molded part.

Description

Cut and trimmed two parts at once. Height adjustable machine base. Custom machine design completed in Solidworks. Scrap was funneled to waste bin below fixture. 3D nesting to hold parts and custom cutter blades to perform the trim. Simple, pneumatic two-hand anti-tie down safety control.
